After a year of diligent work, last month, the Soul Ben Thanh restaurant team took a short trip to the beautiful cities of Buôn Me Thuot and Nha Trang. This trip provided many exciting and memorable experiences. It was truly a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the company to understand each other better and become more connected than ever before.

A Short Summer Break Full of Energy and Joy

As summer arrives, companies often organize team-building events, gala dinners, or company trips to boost team spirit. Soul Bến Thành is no exception. Recognizing the benefits of combining travel with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) for both businesses and individuals, the leadership team at Soul decided to choose Buôn Mê Thuột as the first destination for their energy-recharging journe

To appreciate the continuous efforts of the staff, the leadership at Soul Bến Thành restaurant organized a short trip to Buôn Me Thuot. Although it lasted only 3 days and 2 nights, this trip provided exciting experiences and memorable moments. For all the members of Soul, this trip was not just a time to relax but also a great opportunity to bond and build a solid foundation for smooth collaboration in work and future activities.

Exciting Activities, Team Spirit Building

From the very beginning of the journey, the entire group participated in engaging activities such as interacting with the tour guide and enjoying fun games. After arriving at the homestay and completing the check-in process, the team had time to relax and prepare for the evening party featuring a variety of delicious and tempting dishes at the renowned Ta Lả hotpot and grill restaurant in Dak Lak.

The leadership at Soul Ben Thanh understands the value and effort of the staff who have contributed to the restaurant's success. Therefore, the leaders have continuously provided the entire group with exciting and memorable experiences. The team had the opportunity to enjoy and explore many beautiful landmarks of Buon Me Thuot city within 2 days.

On the last day of the trip, the entire group participated in thrilling activities and games in Nha Trang, particularly enjoying the underwater snorkeling at Binh Ba Island. In the afternoon, everyone had free time to enjoy personal experiences before heading back to Saigon.

Recharge and Ready for the Challenges Ahead

Upon returning from the short trip, all members of the Soul Bến Thành family were recharged with energy and ready to face the upcoming challenges. The enhanced bonding and mutual understanding gained during this trip are expected to boost work efficiency and deliver impressive results. Organizing a "company trip" for team building is not uncommon, but Sidotech executed it excellently, demonstrating their care and attention to their team.
